Description of Course:
The Heartsaver First Aid course trains participants to provide first aid basics for the most common first aid emergencies, including how to recognize them, how to call for help, and how to perform lifesaving skills. This course is designed for anyone with little or no medical training who needs a course completion eCard for their job, regulatory (e.g. OSHA), or other requirements, or anyone who wants to be prepared for an emergency in any setting. 

We provide CPR Training Services for:
Security officers, airline personnel, camp counselors, police and firefighters, teachers, teacher assistants, Instructional Aides, day-care workers, aerobics teachers, physical fitness trainers, Hotel Staff, Construction Staff, Amusement Park Staff, Churches Staff, Parents, Grandparents, New Parents, Teenagers, School Staff, Movie Theater Staff, Restaurant workers, Coaches, Athletic Directors, Foster Parents, Adopting Parents, Truck Drivers, Oil Field Workers, Electricians, anyone who has the responsibility to respond to a first aid emergency due to regulatory requirements, and any individuals who wants First Aid Training.

• Preventing Illness and Injury

Course Length: 2 – 3 Hours

Students MUST pass a Written Exam (84%) and Skills Testing in order to qualify for a Heartsaver First Aid Course Completion eCard by the American Heart Association. New 2020 Guidelines by American Heart Association, students may use the Heartsaver First Aid Student Manual while taking the Written Examination.

Upon successful completion of the course with the American Heart Association 2020 Guidelines, the student will receive an American Heart Association (AHA) Heartsaver First Aid Course Completion eCard that is valid for 2 years.

Book:
American Heart Association requires all students to have a Heartsaver First Aid Student Manual or eBook to study before, during, and after class. Heartsaver First Aid Student Manual or eBook is required for class. Each student MUST have own copy of Heartsaver First Aid Student Manual or eBook for class. No sharing of Student Manual or eBook is allowed. You can purchase and pay American Heart Association directly for your Heartsaver First Aid Student Manual.
